1: Get in touch

We’ll chat & design an experience for you or your organization to get you out of your head and into your other knowledge centers.

We introduce the concept of the 5 Knowledge Centers and explain their significance in personal and professional growth.

2: Experience “accessment”

Instead of “assessing" you, after our first session you’ll walk away with easy-to-implement tools to help you access new parts of yourself.

We invite clients to explore each center through various activities, exercises, and discussions during sessions. Guiding you to explore the other knowledge centers and your potential untapped strengths.

3: Team Work

We practice relationship building & partnership in addition to preaching it. As we customize our training for your organization, we do our best to sit in your seats so your workshop can be applied to your job immediately. In addition to tailoring the training to your organization, we also incorporate interactive exercises and real-life scenarios that simulate the challenges you face in your work environment. This hands-on approach allows you to practice and refine your relationship building and partnership skills in a safe and supportive setting.
